Work that Makes a Difference: Social Enterprise in the Côte-Nord

Social enterprises, cooperatives, and nonprofits play a major role in our region. Interested in enterprises that value humans over profit and create meaningful change?

Join the North Shore Community Association, the Pôle d’économie sociale Côte-Nord, and SEEnet to learn more about social enterprises and hear from social entrepreneurs in the region. A panel discussion and question-and-answer session will follow.

We’ll explore topics including:

  • What are social enterprises? Where are they found in the region?
  • How are they effective solutions for community issues?
  • How do I start my own social enterprise?

Tuesday, November 28, 2023, 5–7 p.m.
34 avenue Carleton, Baie-Comeau
Free event, refreshments provided
Registration via Eventbrite

SEEnet, the social economy initiative of the Regional Development Network, is funded by the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québécois d’expression anglaise.
